Our experienced, professionally-trained sales staff will walk you through every aspect of selecting, financing, buying, building and finally moving into your new home – offering you the best service available. We will work hard to find the best opportunity for you – from start to finish. It all adds up to something we call the Hogan Homes Easy Buying Experience.

Securing a home loan

First, you will sit down with a Hogan Home’s sales counselor to discuss the kind of home you’re looking for and to determine a financing program that suits you best.

Completing Selections and Finalizing Options

Then, we’ll go over the Purchase and Sale agreement and schedule a meeting that enables you to sign off on all the amenity items to be included in your home – such as carpeting, lighting fixtures, appliances and so forth.

Reviewing Pre-Construction features

The next step will be the Hogan Homes Journey Presentation, an overview of pre-construction details, pre-drywall inspections, as well as other important materials and construction details of your new home. We’ll also set up later meeting dates when your participation in various aspects of the process is requested.

Taking the last few steps: Home Orientation and Closing

After the construction of your home is completed, your builder will accompany you to visit your new home to review all the living and storage spaces. You will also examine all critical utility and safety systems, as well as all other physical aspects of your property. You will enjoy an orientation of your home. After orientation, you’ll proceed to closing and funding. Keys are released. Your utilities are transferred. And you can move in. We will stay in touch over the first year you are in your new home to ensure your complete satisfaction.
